Fenomene negative confirmate în domeniul de transport

În cursul zilei de luni, 7 octombrie 2013, în intervalul orar 500 - 1400, colaboratorii Direcției operative și recontroale fiscale din cadrul Inspectoratului Fiscal Principal de Stat din componența grupului mixt au desfășurat acțiuni de combatere a transportului ilicit de călători şi lichidarea stațiilor clandestine și semiclandestine din apropierea gărilor auto. Acțiunea face parte din Planul comun de activitate a Ministerului Afacerilor Interne, a Ministerului Transporturilor și Infrastructurii Drumurilor și a Ministerului Finanțelor. Urmare a acțiunilor desfășurate în comun au fost constatate următoarele cazuri de încălcări ale legislației, și anume:
  • 8 cazuri de activitate ilicită prin încălcarea obligaţiunilor contribuabilului prevăzute de lit. a) alin. 2 art. 8 din Codul fiscal aprobat prin Legea nr.1163-XII din 24.04.1997 și prevederile Legii nr. 845 din 03.01.1992 “cu privire la antreprenoriat și întreprinderi” prin desfășurarea activității transportului de călători fără înregistrare, în modul prevăzut de legislație, la organele abilitate;
  • 1 caz de efectuare a decontărilor în numerar pentru serviciile de transport, fără eliberarea tichetelor de călătorie, contrar obligaţiunilor contribuabilului prevăzute de lit. c) alin. 2 art. 8 din Codul fiscal aprobat prin Legea nr.1163-XII din 24.04.1997 și prevederile Hotărîrii Guvernului nr.474 din 28.04.1998 „cu privire la aplicarea maşinilor de casă şi control cu memorie fiscală pentru efectuarea decontărilor în numerar”.
Pentru încălcările nominalizate au fost întocmite 8 procese verbale transportatorilor iliciţi de pasageri și aplicate sancțiuni în sumă totală de 15600 lei, inclusiv sancțiuni fiscale în mărime de 10 000 lei și sancțiuni contravenționale în mărime de 5600 lei.
