FMI susține reformele inițiate de Serviciul Fiscal de Stat

În perioada 7-20 septembrie 2016, Inspectoratul Fiscal Principal de Stat a găzduit misiunea de asistenţă tehnică a Departamentului Afaceri Fiscale din cadrul Fondului Monetar Internațional, condusă de Aksel Sorensen, însoțit de experții Lucilla McLaughlin, Keith Cartwright și Maureen Kidd. Obiectivul acestei misiuni îl constituie evaluarea progreselor înregistrate de SFS în procesul de reformare a administrării fiscale, identificarea punctelor ineficiente și, totodată, oferirea recomandărilor de îmbunătățire a procedurilor interne ale administrării fiscale. Astfel, pe parcursul vizitei experții misiunii au avut întrevederi cu conducerea de vârf a Ministerului Finanțelor și a Inspectoratului Fiscal Principal de Stat, cu șefii subdiviziunilor structurale ale IFPS și IFS pe mun.Chișinău în vederea evaluării situației reale în domeniul administrării fiscale. Unul dintre subiectele discutate l-a constituit proiectul de lege cu privire la Serviciul Fiscal de Stat și procesul de unificare a organului fiscal care urmează a fi realizat odată cu aprobarea acestuia. Experții au menționat că proiectul de lege reprezintă un punct de cotitură pentru administrația fiscală și va contribui semnificativ la eliminarea impedimentelor esențiale ce stopau progresele reformei. În cadrul ședinței de încheiere, dl Sorensen a evidențiat: Conducerea de vârf a IFPS s-a remarcat evident la un nivel avansat de angajament și dedicație pentru realizarea reformelor. De asemenea, experții au prezentat constatările și recomandările în vederea majorării impactului reformei fiscale, ce urmează a fi totalizate în Raportul misiunii de asistență tehnică La final, dl Serghei Pușcuța, Șef al Serviciului Fiscal de Stat a mulțumit echipei FMI și a remarcat: Constatările misiunii dau dovadă că Serviciul Fiscal de Stat se află pe o cale de reformare corectă.
