Funcționarii fiscali, incoruptibili

Funcționari fiscali au fost instruiți în domeniul prevenirii și combaterii corupției și a integrității instituționale. Cursurile au fost organizate de către Centrul Național Anticorupție de comun cu Direcția Securitate Internă și Anticorupție a Inspectoratului Fiscal Principal de Stat și s-au desfășurat în perioada 06 – 21 martie 2017. Cei 322 funcționari fiscali din cadrul Inspectoratului Fiscal Principal de Stat, dar și din cadrul subdiviziunilor municipiului Chișinău, au fost familiarizați vizavi de integritatea funcționarilor de stat. Astfel, cei prezenți au fost informați despre prevenirea şi combaterea corupţiei, despre evaluarea integrităţii instuționale, dar și despre stabilirea valorii admise a cadourilor simbolice, a celor oferite din politețe sau cu prilejul anumitor acțiuni de protocol. Totodată, participanții la cursurile de instruire au discutat despre Regulamentul cu privire la evidența, evaluarea, utilizarea și răscumpărarea cadourilor simbolice, a celor oferite din politețe sau cu prilejul anumitor acțiuni de protocol și a actelelor instituționale emise la acest subiect. Instruirile au avut drept scop formarea unor competențe profesionale și dezvoltarea unui comportament integru al funcționarilor din cadrul Serviciului Fiscal de Stat. SFS apreciază calitatea înaltă a cursului, studiilor de caz, datelor statistice cât și nivelul avansat de pregătire, manifestat pe tot parcursul evenimentului nominalizat de către dna Tatiana Mostovei, angajata Direcției generale prevenirea corupției a Centrului Național Anticorupție. În această ordine de idei, menționăm: colaborarea Inspectoratului Fiscal Principal de Stat cu Centrul Național Anticorupție este importantă în vederea formării unui personal non-corupt și va servi la creșterea intoleranței în rîndurile funcționarilor Serviciului Fiscal de Stat față de fenomenul corupției, a actelor conexe corupției și a faptelor de comportament corupțional.
