IFPS: În ultima zi lucrătoare a anului bugetar (30 decembrie) nu se vor efectua încasări şi plăţi bugetare

Inspectoratul Fiscal Principal de Stat comunică că conform art. 70 al Legii finanțelor publice și responsabilității bugetar-fiscale nr. 181 din 25.07.2014, în ultima zi lucrătoare a anului bugetar (30 decembrie) nu se vor efectua încasări şi plăţi bugetare. În această zi unităţile Trezoreriei de Stat vor efectua doar operaţiuni interne şi de încheiere a anului bugetar, băncile comerciale nu vor recepţiona, respectiv prin intermediul SAPI nu vor trece careva plăţi aferente bugetului public naţional. În contextul celor relatare, urmează de informat contribuabilii despre imposibilitatea de a efectua careva plăţi la buget pe data de 30 decembrie, asigurând efectuarea achitărilor până la 29 decembrie, orele 12.00. În acest context, urmează de revizuit prognozele pentru luna decembrie, excluzând încasările pentru ziua de 30 decembrie. Prin derogare de la p. 8.3 al Ordinului Ministerului Finanţelor nr. 180 din 12 octombrie 2015 cu privire la modul de achitare şi evidenţă a plăţilor la bugetul public naţional prin sistemul trezorerial al Ministerului Finanţelor în anul 2016, cu acceptul ministrului finanţelor Octavian Armaşu, documentele de plată privind stingerea obligaţiilor aferente bugetului public naţional prin compensare, trecerea plăţilor de la un tip de plată la altul şi restituirea plăţilor la conturile contribuabililor pot fi prezentate Trezoreriei de Stat şi trezoreriilor teritoriale până la data de 29 decembrie a anului curent.
