În trimestrul I la SFS au fost înregistrate peste 3000 contracte de locațiune

Activitățile Serviciului Fiscal de Stat de aducere în cadrul legal a persoanelor fizice și juridice care oferă în chirie bunuri imobile continuă și în anul 2019. Scopul acțiuni este asigurarea unui nivel înalt de conformare fiscală în acest domeniu de activitate. Astfel, pe parcursul lunilor ianuarie-martie curent, 1 032 de persoane fizice au înregistrat 3 135 contracte de dare în locațiune/chirie/arendă a bunurilor imobile. Acestea au fost înregistrate la Direcțiile de deservire fiscală din teritoriul în care sunt amplasate. În același timp, pe parcursul a trei luni ale 2019 au fost identificate 1 514 persoane fizice – proprietari care transmit în chirie bunuri imobile, în privința acestora fiind aplicate acțiuni de conformare. Inspectorii fiscali au efectuat controale de specialitate la 150 persoane fizice care oferă în locațiune bunuri imobile, la buget fiind calculate suplimentar plăți de bază în sumă de 126,4 mii lei, penalități – 5,5 mii lei și amenzi – 27,1 mii lei. Serviciul Fiscal de Stat recomandă persoanelor care oferă în chirie bunuri imobiliare să se conformeze legislației fiscale și să achite impozitul în mărime de 7% din veniturile obținute. Suma impozitului pe venit se va achita cel târziu la data de 2 a fiecărei luni sau în avans. În cazul în care contractul a fost încheiat după data de 2 a lunii, termenul de plată în această lună va fi a doua zi din momentul încheierii contractului. Achitarea se va efectua în orice bancă comercială sau oficiu poștal al Republicii Moldova. NOTĂ: Cetățenii care dau în chirie bunuri imobiliare sunt obligați să înregistreze contractele de locațiune în termen de trei zile de la data încheierii la Direcția Deservire Fiscală, în raza căreia își au domiciliul de bază. Persoanele fizice care nu își vor onora obligațiile riscă amenzi și sancțiuni, în conformitate cu prevederile Codului Fiscal.
