În atenția conducătorilor piețelor din municipiul Chișinău

Inspectoratul Fiscal de Stat mun. Chișinău, datorită multiplelor încălcări ce apar în piețe în legătură cu activitatea neînregistrată sub formele organizatorice-juridice adecvate ale persoanelor fizice, intervine asupra următoarelor. Potrivit prevederilor art. 263 alin. (1) din Codul contravențional al Republicii Moldova, desfășurarea activității de întreprinzător fără înregistrare la Camera Înregistrării de Stat sau la o altă autoritate publică competentă, potrivit legii sau altui act de înregistrare considerat nevalabil, se sancționează cu amendă de la 50 la 150 de unități convenționale. În același timp, articolul 275 alin. (2) din Codul menționat, stabilește că admiterea de către administrația pieței a comercializării în piață a mărfurilor industriale nealimentare și alimentare de către persoane fizice și juridice care nu sunt înregistrate potrivit legii, în calitate de subiecți ai activității de întreprinzător sau care nu posedă patentă pentru dreptul de a desfășura activitate comercială, se sancționează cu amendă de la 300 la 400 de unități convenționale, aplicată persoanei cu funcție de răspundere. În acest sens, Serviciul Fiscal de Stat atenționează asupra necesității de conformare la prevederilor Actului legislativ nominalizat și solicită prevenirea și evitarea activității neînregistrate sub anumite forme organizatorico-juridice ale persoanelor fizice, cu efectuarea inventarierii celor ce activează pe teritoriul pieței.
