- „Dreptul imprimării de sine stătător a facturilor fiscale se acordă subiecţilor impozabili cu TVA care se conformează următoarelor cerinţe:
- existenţa unui sistem computerizat de evidenţă primară;
- eliberarea unui număr mai mare de 1 000 exemplare de facturi fiscale, pe parcursul unei perioade fiscale;
- cifra de afaceri să depăşească 1.000.000 lei pe lună.
- Agenţii economici care beneficiază de dreptul imprimării de sine stătător a facturilor fiscale sunt privaţi de acest drept:
- în cazul în care nu se respectă cerinţele stabilite la prezentul punct pentru acordarea dreptului imprimării de sine stătător a facturilor fiscale;
- în cazul în care contribuabilul nu asigură transparenţa ţinerii evidenţei contabile.”
