În atenția contribuabililor care dispun de subdiviziuni în municipiul Chișinău

În scopul evitării comiterii greșelilor vis-à-vis de obligațiunile fiscale la impozitele și taxele locale DAF a IFS mun. Chișinău informează: Contribuabilii care au subdiviziuni în afara unității administrativ-teritoriale în care se află sediul central (adresa juridică) prezintă pentru acestea din urmă dări de seamă fiscale și plătesc impozite și taxe (cu excepția taxei pe valoarea adăugată, a accizelor, a taxelor destinate transferării în fondul rutier și a impozitului pe venit din activitatea operațională) la bugetele unităților administrativ-teritoriale de la sediul subdiviziunilor. Totodată, subdiviziunile amplasate în unitățile administrativ-teritoriale, al căror buget nu constituie parte componentă a bugetului public național, plătesc impozitele și taxele la bugetul unității administrativ-teritoriale unde se află reședința de bază a întreprinderii, instituției, organizației. Respectiv, în anexele la dările de seamă la impozitele și taxele locale se vor reflecta sumele calculate pentru subdiviziunile în afara unității administrativ-teritoriale în care se află sediul central (adresa juridică), conform Deciziei autorității deliberative a administrației publice locale (consiliul local) privind stabilirea cotelor taxelor locale și impozitului pe bunurile imobiliare. La perfectarea documentului de plată destinat transferului bugetar la unitățile administrativ-teritoriale în care se află subdiviziunea se va tine cont de Ordinul Ministerului Finanțelor nr.180 din 12.10.2015 (Monitorul Oficial nr.324-329 din 04.12.2015), care poate fi vizualizat pe www.justice.md.
