Încălcări fiscale în domeniul transportului

Acțiunea desfășurată sub genericul „Serviciul Fiscal în ajutorul transportatorilor oneşti” a început pe 19 august 2013, fiind demarată cu scopul conformării fiscale benevolă a persoanelor care practică activitate de antreprenoriat în domeniul transportului. Astfel, în perioada 26.08.2013 – 01.09.2013, colaboratorii SFS din componenţa grupurilor mixte de lucru au efectuat raiduri, la scară națională, cu scopul de promovare a măsurilor de combatere a transportului auto ilicit şi lichidarea gărilor clandestine şi semiclandestine, ameliorarea situaţiei în domeniul transportului auto de călători în folos public. În rezultat au fost constatate 104 încălcări fiscale, respectiv:
  • 5 cazuri de desfăşurarea activităţii de transportare a călătorilor cu mijloace de transport auto pe rute suburbane, urbane, interurbane, internaţionale fără bilete de călătorie;
  • 99 cazuri de desfăşurare a activităţii de întreprinzător în domeniu fără înregistrare la Camera Înregistrării de Stat sau la o altă autoritate publică competentă, conform prevederilor legale;
  • de către subdiviziunile structurale ale MAI (IP Ialoveni) a fost sechestrată o unitate de transport, conform prevederilor art. 431 din Codul Contravențional.
Pentru încălcările fiscale depistate urmează a fi aplicate sancțiuni fiscale în sumă de 140,0 mii lei şi sancțiuni contravenţionale în sumă de 87,2 mii lei.
