Ион Присэкару: ГГНИ предпринимает меры для добровольной оплаты налогов налогоплательщиками

Главная государственная налоговая инспекция (ГГНИ) предпринимает комплекс мер для добровольной оплаты налогов физическими и юридическими лицами. Об этом сообщил в среду на встрече с журналистами «за чашкой кофе» начальник ГГНИ Ион Присэкару. Как передает «ИНФОТАГ», он сказал, что деятельность ГГНИ должна основываться на принципе «Налоговый инспектор – во благо налогоплательщика».
«Мы должны воспитывать общество. Люди проходят мимо, безразличны к уклонению от оплаты налогов. Учитель хочет получать больше зарплату, пенсионер - пенсию, но они не сигнализируют о фактах неуплаты налогов», - сообщил Присэкару.
По его словам, в сентябре будет запущена кампания с призывом не быть безразличными не только к случаям уклонения от оплаты налогов, но и к поведению налоговых сотрудников.
«Практика прошлых лет продемонстрировала, что ужесточение налоговой политики не дает предполагаемого эффекта, а наоборот приводит к уклонению от оплаты налогов», - сказал он.
Присэкару сообщил, что ГГНИ на протяжении двух месяцев проводит воспитательные мероприятия с экономическими агентами, которые задействованы в сфере общественного питания.
«Мы только их предупреждаем, но пока не накладываем штрафы. Но терпение может закончиться», - сказал он.
Глава ГГНИ также посетовал на то, что «в прошлом году сельхозпроизводители практически не оплатили налоги в бюджет, а только получили возмещение НДС», используя различные схемы.
«К примеру, производители ореха заплатили в прошлом году в бюджет только 18 млн. леев, в то время как возмещение по НДС от государства получили в размере 95 млн. леев», - сообщил он.
Говоря о предварительных итогах косвенных методов оценки налогооблагаемого дохода физических лиц, Присэкару сказал, что выявлено 11 тыс. граждан, чьи предполагаемые расходы на 300 тыс. леев выше задекларированных доходов.
«Из них мы отобрали 50, а впоследствии еще 20 у которых проводится налоговый контроль. Среди них есть люди, чьи расходы на 10 млн. леев превышает задекларированные доходы», - сказал глава ГГНИ.
Присэкару отметил, что пока не может представить больше деталей, уточнив лишь, что «среди 20 лиц, у которых на данном этапе проводится налоговый контроль, есть и известные личности».
