Modificarea orei la MCC

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat atenţionează că conform prevederilor pct. 8 lit. e) din Regulamentul cu privire la aplicarea maşinilor de casă şi control pentru efectuarea decontărilor în numerar, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 474 din 28 aprilie 1998, contribuabilii sunt obligaţi să utilizeze maşini de casă şi control cu memorie fiscală în stare de funcţionare. Una din cerinţele în care maşina de casă şi control cu memorie fiscală se consideră în stare de funcţionare este că aceasta imprimă pe documente data calendaristică curentă şi timpul cu deviere maximă de 15 minute de la timpul real (excepţie fiind devierea cu o oră în perioada de trecere de la ora de vară /iarnă la ora de iarnă/vară, care nu va depăşi data de 20 a lunii noiembrie/aprilie a anului curent). Reeşind din aceste prevederi, ţinând cont de faptul că la 29 octombrie 2017 Republica Moldova a trecut la ora de iarnă, până la 20 noiembrie 2017 urmează să vă conformaţi prevederilor legale, prin modificarea orei la maşinile de casă şi control cu memorie fiscală conform orei de iarnă, în caz contrar acestea vor fi considerate defectate. Concomitent, informăm că în conformitate cu articolul 2931 al. (1) din Codul contravenţional nr. 218-XVI din 24 octombrie 2008, exploatarea maşinilor de casă şi control fără memorie fiscală, defectate, nesigilate/neânregistrate de/la Serviciul Fiscal de Stat sau în lipsa contractului valid de asistenţă tehnică cu prestatorul autorizat, se sancţionează cu amendă de la 18 la 30 de unităţi convenţionale (900 lei - 1500 lei), aplicată persoanei cu funcţie de răspundere.
