Neprezentarea dărilor de seamă fiscale – sancțiuni contravenționale

Pe 17.06.2016, în baza Legii nr.138 a fost aprobată o serie de modificări ale actelor normative, inclusiv la Codul contravențional al Republicii Moldova nr.218-XVI din 24.10.2008. Astfel, cu punere în aplicare de la 01.07.2016, Codul contravențional se completează cu articolul 3011 cu următorul cuprins: „Articolul 3011 . Încălcarea modului de prezentare de către contribuabili a dării de seamă fiscale Neprezentarea în termenul stabilit de legislație a dării de seamă fiscale se sancționează cu amendă de la 10 la 20 de unități aplicată persoanei cu funcție de răspundere. O unitate convențională este egală cu 20 lei, conform prevederilor articolului 34(1) din Codul contravențional. În contextul celor expuse, solicităm să respectați termenii stabiliți de legislația în vigoare pentru prezentarea dărilor de seamă fiscale.
