Noua generaţie a fiscaliştilor

Douăzeci de funcționari publici, nou-angajați în cadrul Serviciului Fiscal de Stat, vor beneficia de cursuri de inițiere în domeniul fiscalității. Debutanții au primit urări de bun augur de la directorul SFS, Serghei Pușcuța , care a deschis orele de instruire cu un discurs de felicitare și susținere a tinerei generații fiscaliste. Proaspeții angajați vor beneficia de ore de inițiere în perioada 25 septembrie 2017 - 30 martie 2018, iar studiile au drept scop să le asigure o integrare mai eficientă în executarea atribuțiilor de serviciu. Cursurile sunt organizate în conformitate cu Legea Cu privire la funcția publică și statutul funcționarului public și în temeiul Codului Fiscal și vor fi susținute de șefi de direcții din cadrul SFS. Totodată, studiile vor fi divizate în două etape - instruirea teoretică și cea practică. Ambele prevăd dezvoltarea competențelor, abilităților și aptitudinilor funcționarilor necesare pentru îndeplinirea funcției publice. Obiectivele cursurilor sunt: - familiarizarea participanților cu prevederile cadrului normativ ce reglementează activitatea funcționarului public, teoria și practica organizării și funcționării administrației publice, aspecte tehnice și juridice; - dezvoltarea abilităților generale de administrarea impozitelor și taxelor, procesarea informației obținute, elaborarea notelor informative, rapoartelor, proiectelor de decizii, scrisorilor etc., comunicarea eficientă, luarea deciziilor corecte și imparțiale, întocmirea rapoartelor, verificarea documentației. De asemenea, cei 20 de funcționari vor fi instruiți de Direcția securitate și anticorupție a SFS referitor la integritate, codul de etică și conduită profesională. NOTĂ: tinereii angajați au studii superioare în domeniul economiei, au fost angajați în bază de concurs și dețin funcții de inspectori din cadrul subdiviziunilor control fiscal și administrarea contribuabililor.
