Numărul controalelor la agenții economici, în reducere

Numărul total al controalelor la agenții economici în perioada ianuarie - octombrie a anului curent s-a redus cu 22% - a menționat Gheorghe Cojocaru, șef-adjunct al IFPS. Potrivit afirmațiilor sale , controalele se efectuează în baza analizei riscurilor. ”Acolo unde există riscuri, nu putem să le tolerăm. Mai exact, legislația nu ne permite să tolerăm asemenea situații. Iar faptul că noi ne bazăm pe riscuri, face ca acele controale pe care le efectuăm, să fie eficiente. Sumele calculate, după efectuarea acestor controale bazate doar pe riscuri, s-a majorat cu 40 la sută. Ceea ce înseamnă că, agenții economici, supuși controlului, au fost selectați corect și intervenția de control a permis stoparea evaziunilor fiscale,” - a relevat el. Astfel, urmare a controalelor efectuate, de la începutul anului au fost calculate suplimentar la buget aproape 1 mlrd lei, dintre care peste 600 mil. lei sunt impozite și taxe, iar peste 300 mil. lei sancțiuni.
Suma sancțiunilor este în diminuare. Subliniez acest fapt, pentru că deseori ni se reproșează că suma sancțiunilor aplicate este mai mare decît cea a impozitelor și taxelor, ce trebuiau să fie plătite. De exemplu, mult s-a vorbit că sunt mari sancțiunile aplicate pentru neutilizarea mașinilor de casă și control. Aceste sancțiuni au fost de 10, 25 și 50 mii lei acum un an și ceva. Însă articolul respectiv din legislație a fost modificat și în prezent amenda maximă este de 7 mii lei. Mai mult decît atît, în cazul în care transportatorii de călători nu utilizează cecurile emise de către mașinile de casă și control, adică nu dau bilete călătorilor, sunt sancționați și conducătorii auto, șoferii și nu doar agenții economici, adică întreprinderile cărora sunt atașați acești șoferi, – a mai specificat Cojocaru.
Pe parcursul a 10 luni ale anului curent încasările la bugetul public național, administrate de Serviciul Fiscal de Stat, au înregistrat o creștere de 18,5%, comparativ cu perioada similară a anului trecut. Un detaliu semnificativ: cei 2000 de contribuabili, incluși în Programul de conformare voluntară, realizat de Serviciul Fiscal de Stat au asigurat majorarea achitărilor la buget cu 29%. În ansamblu, sarcina bugetară pe perioada de referință a fost realizată la nivel de 100,4%.
