Persoane fizice de astăzi au acces la Declarația precompletată

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat informează persoanele fizice - cetățeni despre faptul că sunt obligați să depună Declarația persoanei fizice cu privire la impozitul pe venit pentru anul 2016 până la 2 mai, curent. Astfel, pentru a facilita acest proces și a reduce din timpul completării și depunerii, este disponibil serviciul Declarația precompletată. De acest serviciu pot beneficia doar persoanele fizice care nu practică activitate de întreprinzător și au obligația sau dreptul de a prezenta Declarația persoanei fizice cu privire la impozitul pe venit (forma CET 15). Acest fapt este posibil grație finalizării procedurii de procesare a datelor reflectate în Notele de informare anuale (IALS14, INR14) prezentate de către contribuabili pentru perioada fiscală 2016. Declarația precompletată este un serviciu care presupune oferirea de către SFS a unei declarații cu privire la impozitul pe venit completată deja din informațiile existente în sistemul informațional fiscal. Acest serviciu este gratuit, iar pentru a beneficia de el, contribuabilii urmează să se prezinte la orice oficiu al SFS. Generarea Declarației precompletate de către subdiviziunile SFS va fi posibilă doar la confirmarea de către contribuabili a identității. Astfel, contribuabilul sau reprezentantul legal al acestuia trebuie să prezinte buletinul de identitate sau un alt document suficient pentru confirmarea identității, după care va purcede la procedura de semnare a declarației. De menționat că declarația precompletată este accesibilă și în format electronic pentru persoanele fizice care dispun de semnătură electronică. Persoanele interesate pot afla mai multe detalii la Centrul Unic de Apel al SFS: 0 8000 15 25.
