Rezultatele preliminare ale prezentării declarației pe venit

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat a finalizat procesul de primire a declarațiilor cu privire la impozitul pe venit pe perioada fiscală 2016 pentru contribuabilii-persoane care practică activitate de întreprinzător. Potrivit prevederilor Codului Fiscal, persoanele juridice au avut obligația de a depune declarația cu privire la impozitul de venit până la data de 27 martie a anului curent. Astfel, potrivit datelor preliminare ale SFS, în total și-au onorat obligațiunea de contribuabil onest 68190 persoane care desfășoară activitate de întreprinzător. Dintre acestea 34838 au depus declarațiile pe impozitul pe venit în format electronic, iar 33352 – pe support de hârtie. Menționăm că numărul mare de agenți economici care au prezentat declarația cu privire la impozitul pe venit pe hârtie (circa 70 la sută ) se datorează întreprinderilor individuale și gospodăriilor țărănești, care au raportat în dare de seamă fiscală unificată (UNIF ). Comparativ cu numărul declarațiilor prezentate pentru anul 2016, în aceiași perioadă a anului trecut, pentru anul 2015 au prezentat declarația cu privire la impozitul pe venit 68708 persoane juridice dintre care:
  • în format electronic - 29056
  • pe suport de hârtie - 39652
Reamintim, că termenul de depunere a declarațiilor pentru persoane fizice este extins până la data de 30 aprilie. Până în prezent au depus declarația cu privire la impozitul pe venit (Forma CET 15) – 78685 persoane fizice, dintre care:
  • declarații în format electronic - 2213
  • declarații rapide (precompletate) – 74080
  • declarații pe suport de hârtie – 2392
