Schimb de practici dintre FISC și Uniunea Avocaților din Moldova

Un grup de angajați din cadrul Serviciului Fiscal Principal de Stat au participat la un seminar instructiv cu genericul ,,Procedura de impozitare a veniturilor avocaților, cea de achitare a contribuțiilor de asigurări medicale și sociale”. Evenimentul a fost organizat la solicitarea Uniunii Avocaților din Moldova, la acțiune participând și reprezentanți ai Casei Naționale de Asigurări Sociale și ai Casei Naționale de Asigurări în Medicină. Scopul întrunirii l-a constituit familiarizarea avocaților cu legislația fiscală, dar și cu alte plăți obligatorii la Bugetul Public National. În cadrul seminarului au fost abordate astfel de subiecte, cum ar fi:
  • Modalitatea de impozitare și depunere a declarațiilor fiscale:
  • Declarațiile și semnătura electronică;
  • Generarea codului IBAN;
  • Elemente de contabilitate în rapoartele juridice generate de avocați:
  • Serviciile electronice prestate de SFS și altele.
Totodată, în cadrul reuniunii, avocații au avut posibilitatea să ia cunoștință de Statutul avocatului, modalități de impozitare a activității acestora, dar și de corectitudinea perfectării documentelor contabile. La finele seminarului, reprezentanții Uniunii Avocaților din Moldova au mulțumit celor prezenți pentru participare, exprimându-și dorința la o colaborare eficientă de viitor.
