Serviciul Fiscal de Stat participant la ședința plenară a Forumului Global al OCDE

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat al Republicii Moldova a participat la cea de-a XI-a ședință plenară a Forumului Global al OCDE privind transparența și schimbul de informații în scopuri fiscale (Forumul Global). Evenimentul a avut loc în perioada 9-11 decembrie 2020 și a fost organizat în format on-line. La reuniune au participat circa 500 reprezentanți din peste 150 state.
 
Forumul Global constituie o platformă incluzivă, în cadrul căreia 161 de jurisdicții membre colaborează pentru a promova implementarea eficientă a standardelor internaționale privind transparența și schimbul de informații în scopuri fiscale atât la solicitare cât și în mod automat. Standardele privind transparența și schimbul de informații oferă guvernelor un instrument important pentru combaterea evaziunii fiscale și a fluxurilor financiare ilicite și, în cele din urmă, pentru mobilizarea veniturilor interne.
 
Republica Moldova a devenit membru al Forumului Global în luna noiembrie 2016, asumându-și astfel angajamentul de a implementa cele două standarde internaționale de schimb de informații.
 
În prezent, Serviciul Fiscal de Stat, în calitate de autoritate competentă, realizează schimbul de informații cu autoritățile fiscale partenere în baza a 50 de tratate bilaterale privind evitarea dublei impuneri și în baza Convenției multilaterale OCDE privind asistența administrativă reciprocă în materie fiscală, a cărei semnatari sunt la etapa actuală 141 jurisdicții.
NOTĂ: Cooperarea internațională a Serviciului Fiscal de Stat în contextul apartenenței la Forumul Global al OCDE contribuie la modernizarea autorității fiscale din Republica Moldova și la preluarea celor mai bune practici în vederea sporirii conformării contribuabililor și prevenirii evaziunii și fraudelor fiscale.
