Serviciul Fiscal de Stat publică Raportul Auditorului pentru Proiectul Pregătitor din cadrul Proiectului TAMP

În spiritul de transparență maximă a utilizării mijloacelor din cadrul Grantului nr. TF017415 acordat de Asociația Internațională de Dezvoltare (IDA) Inspectoratul Fiscal Principal de Stat publică situațiile financiare și raportul auditorului extern pentru acest Grant. Mijloacele acordate au fost utilizate conform cerințelor prevăzute de Acordul de Grant și cu respectarea procedurilor Băncii Mondiale, IFPS și cadrului legal din Republica Moldova. Proiectul a fost realizat în cadrul termenului și cu o economie de circa 9% din bugetul inițial prevăzut. În rezultatul implementării cu succes a acestui proiect au fost elaborate un set de documente și livrabile importante pentru schimbările ce urmează în cadrul SFS: au fost descrise, revizuite și actualizate circa 130 procese operaționale din cadrul SFS, a fost elaborat Catalogul Cerințelor și Specificațiilor pentru viitorul Sistem Informațional Integrat de Management Fiscal, a fost analizată și descrisă arhitectura curentă și viitoare a sistemului ICT, precum și a fost elaborat un plan de tranziție și o strategiei de achiziție pentru noul sistem informațional. Obiectivul Proiectului Pregătitor a fost de a pregăti SFS de implementarea unui Proiect complex de Modernizare a Administrării Fiscale (TAMP) care își propune realizarea unei reforme cuprinzătoare a Serviciului Fiscal de Stat al Republicii Moldova (SFS, Beneficiar) în ceea ce privește aspectele organizatorice și de resurse umane, politica fiscală și procedurile operaționale, precum și modernizarea amplă a tehnologiilor informaționale.
