Serviciul Fiscal de Stat verifică conformarea contribuabililor din piețele țării

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat a inițiat o operațiune de amploare pentru verificarea persoanelor fizice ce desfășoară activitate de întreprinzător în piețe. Acțiunile au drept scop conformarea contribuabililor la legislația fiscală. Verificările vin drept continuare campaniiilor de informare ,,Activează legal – activează în siguranță” desfășurate în piețele de pe întreg teritoriul țării în primăvara-vara anului curent. Operațiunea au luat start pe data de 4 iulie în capitală. Funcționarii fiscali vor merge la 38 de piețe din mun. Chișinău, verificând legalitatea activităţii de comerț cu amănuntul/prestări servicii către populație a contribuabililor, ce desfăşoară activitatea prin intermediul unităților comerciale staționare, staționare provizorie şi a unităților mobile. Operațiunea de verificare va dura până la finele lunii iulie, funcționarii fiscali urmând să verifice piețele din toate raioanele țării. În acest context, în vederea evitării situațiilor de sancționare, Serviciul Fiscal de Stat recomandă întreprinzătorilor să se conformeze prevederilor legislației în vigoare. SFS informează: persoanele care nu se vor conforma prevederilor legislației, riscă amendă. Astfel, pentru încălcări admise la: - disciplina de casă, art.254al Codului Fiscal stabilește sancțiuni de la 5000 până la 7000 lei; - comercializarea mărfurilor în lipsa documentelor de proveniență a acestora, art.253 (1) al Codului Fiscal stabilește sancțiuni de 5000 lei; - desfășurarea activității ilicite de întreprinzător, Codul Contravențional prevede amendă de până la 4500 lei.
