Serviciul Fiscal de Stat lansează Centrul Unic de Apel 0-8000-1525

Nu ezitați să apelați Centrul Unic de Apel al Serviciului Fiscal de Stat care va fi disponibil zilnic, cu excepția zilelor de simbată și duminică, între orele 8.00 - 17.00 cu întrerupere de la 12:00 la 13:00. Apelul este gratuit din orice reţea de telefonie fixă sau mobilă din Republica Moldova. Începând cu astăzi, 19 august 2014, cetăţenii şi agenţii economici vor putea obţine un spectru larg de informaţii de ordin fiscal, să semnaleze cazuri de corupție sau alte întrebări ce țin de administrarea fiscală, doar la un singur număr de telefon. Aceast lucru se datorează lansării de către Serviciul Fiscal de Stat a Centrului Unic de Apel. Serviciul Fiscal de Stat este într-un proces de continuă modernizare şi identificare a celor mai bune soluţii pentru a oferi cetăţenilor şi agenţilor economici servicii calitative și disponibile, atît la nivel de prestare a serviciilor, cît şi prin oferirea operativă a informaţiilor necesare. Oferirea contribuabililor unei singure linii telefonice gratuite permite promovarea numărului ca fiind un număr universal aferent Serviciului Fiscal de Stat. Pentru a primi consultații, persoanele care vor apela la Centrul unic de apel vor naviga prin următorul meniu: Butonul 1- Consultații în domeniul legislației fiscale Care va avea următoarele compartimente:
  1. Informații privind impozitul pe venit;
  2. Informații privind taxa pe valoare adăugată și accize;
  3. Informații privind impozite, taxe locale și patenta de întreprinzător;
  4. Alte întrebări.
Butonul 2- Asistența Tehnică Butonul 3- Semnalarea cazurilor de nerespectare a legislației fiscale Butonul 4- Semnalarea situațiilor de conflict, corupție din partea funcționarilor fiscali Butonul 5- Verificarea timbrelor de acciz Lansarea acestui important instrument de consolidare a comunicării cu cetăţenii se încadrează în Strategia de Comunicare a Serviciului Fiscal de Stat pentru anii 2014-2015.
