SFS a oferit circa 91 mii de consultaţii telefonice

Centrul Unic de Apel al Serviciului Fiscal de Stat a recepționat 90804 apeluri telefonice pe parcursul a 7 luni ale anului curent. Dintre acestea doar în luna iulie au fost recepţionate 11938 apeluri. Centrul Unic de apel al SFS a înregistrat 79082 cereri cu referire la asistență tehnică, iar 11722 apeluri ţin de utilizarea serviciilor fiscale electronice și la aplicarea legislației fiscale. Prioritare s-au dovedit a fi cererile ce au vizat impozitul pe venit (3010), procedura de completare a dărilor de seamă (900), TVA- ul (538), impozitul pe bunurile imobiliare (330), dar și întrebări despre taxe locale, patenta de întreprinzător, procedura de completare a dării de seamă, activitatea independentă, plăți pentru poluarea mediului, taxe rutiere, accize, impozit pe avere etc. Printre cele mai frecvent întâlnite întrebări au fost şi cele cu privire la serviciile fiscale electronice, la procedura de conectare/utilizare a portalului servicii.fisc.md (25503), SIA Declarație Electronică (11489), Semnătura Electronică FSI (7678) și altele. Totodată, în perioada lunilor ianuarie - iulie 2017, Centrul Unic de Apel a efectuat 17390 apeluri de ieșire către contribuabili pentru informare și asistență tehnică la procesul de utilizare a serviciilor fiscale electronice și consultare în domeniul aplicării legislației fiscale. Potrivit unui studiu intern, media timpului de așteptare pe liniile telefonice ale Centrului Unic de Apel constituie 8 secunde. NOTĂ: Centrul unic de apel al Serviciului Fiscal de Stat este o modalitate de comunicare directă și operativă a instituției cu beneficiarii principali ai serviciilor noastre – contribuabilii. Oferirea mediului extern a unei singure linii telefonice gratuite (080001525) permite eliminarea incertitudinii contribuabilului (de a determina de serviciile cărui specialist este nevoie în fiecare situație și numărul potrivit pentru a-l contacta) și promovarea numărului ca fiind unul universal, utilizat în toate materialele promoționale ale SFS. Programul de activitate al operatorilor: de la ora 8.00-17.00, cu întrerupere de la 12.00-13.00, în zilele de luni până vineri.
