SFS: cerere de ofertă pentru achiziționarea calculatoarelor și echipamentelor periferice

Republica Moldova Proiectul de Modernizare a Administrării Fiscale P127734 Credit nr.: 8625-MD, 5829-MD Denumirea Contractului: Calculatoare și echipamente periferice Nr. de referință: TAMP/4/NCB-2 1. Serviciul Fiscal de Stat implementează proiectul TAMP cu susținerea Băncii Mondiale și intenţionează să utilizeze o parte din suma creditului pentru achiziționarea de calculatoare și echipamente periferice. 2. Serviciul Fiscal de Stat solicită oferte sigilate din partea ofertanților eligibili pentru un lot (400 unități) de calculatoare și echipamente periferice, cu următoarele specificații tehnice minime:

(All-in-One)		Procesor: CPU cu scorul benchmark 8050 ori mai mare în conformitate cu
“PassMark PerformanceTest” sau cu scorul benchmark 1050 ori mai mare în
conformitate cu “BAPCo Sysmark 2014 SE Desktop CPU Charts;
Memorie internă: Memorie instalată: minim 8 GB, Tip memorie: DDR4, suport la
instalarea a cel puțin 32 GB;
Hard-Disk intern: Capacitate: minim HDD500 GB SATA III;
Sistem de operare: Windows 10 Professional x64 bit pre-instalat;
Sistem de aplicații: Microsoft Office 2016, inclusiv Skype for Business,
licențiere de volum (licență perpetue)
Interfaţă grafică: Placă video integrat;
Interfeţe de reţea: 1x Port Gigabit Ethernet;
Monitor: Nu mai puțin de 23” cu rezoluția 1920x1080 LED IPS;
Sursa de alimentare: UPS minim 700VA;
Mouse: Optical mouse USB 3.0;
Keyboard: rus/lat, 104-key standard, USB 3.0
Modulul de scanare a amprentelor, integrat în Monobloc
sau în Keyboard (compatibil cu Windows 10 și cu posibilitatea
integrării cu aplicațiile software Microsoft);
Form Factor: Monoblock (All-in-One), Brand-Name (similar Dell, HP, IBM, Lenovo,
ASUS, etc.);
Garanţia: Cel puțin 36 luni din data livrării pentru toate componentele menționate
mai sus, cu excepția garanției pentru UPS- cel puțin 12 luni din data livrării.
Lotul urmează a fi livrat în termen de cel mult 45 zile de la data semnării contractului. 3. Licitaţia va avea loc prin procedurile de licitaţie naţională competitivă, specificate în Ghidul Băncii Mondiale pentru achiziția de bunuri, lucrări și servicii, altele decât cele de consultanţă, în cadrul împrumuturilor BIRD și creditelor și granturilor AID, de către împrumutații Băncii Mondiale (”Ghid de achiziții” din ianuarie 2011, revizuit în iulie 2014) și este deschisă tuturor ofertanților eligibili conform Ghidului de achiziții. Pe lângă aceasta, consultați alineatele 1.6 și 1.7, care stabilesc politica Băncii Mondiale privind conflictele de interese. 4. Ofertanţii eligibili care sunt interesați pot obține alte informații de la Serviciul Fiscal de Stat, de la persoana de contact Anastasia Movilă, la adresa de email anastasia.movila@sfs.md și pot examina documentele de licitaţie în timpul orelor de serviciu 09.00-17.00, la adresa: str. Constantin Tănase 9, etajul 2, biroul 246, Chișinău, MD-2005, Republica Moldova. 5. Un set complet al documentelor de licitaţie în limba de stat poate fi obținut de ofertanții eligibili interesaţi după depunerea unei cereri în scris la adresa str. Constantin Tănase 9, etajul 2, biroul 246, Chișinău, MD-2005, Republica Moldova, email anastasia.movila@sfs.md. 6. Ofertele trebuie să fie transmise Serviciului Fiscal de Stat, în atenția Anastasiei Movilă la adresa str. Constantin Tănase 9, etajul 2, biroul 246, Chișinău, MD-2005, Republica Moldova, până pe 16 mai 2018, ora 10:00. Licitaţia electronică nu este permisă. Ofertele târzii vor fi respinse. Ofertele vor fi deschise public, în prezenţa reprezentanților desemnaţi ai ofertanților și a oricăror persoane care doresc să participe, la adresa de mai jos (pct. 8), la data de 16 mai 2018, ora 10:00. 7.
