SFS: dialogul cu mediul de afaceri sporește gradul de conformare fiscală

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat, călăuzindu-se de sloganul „Funcționarul fiscal – în serviciul contribuabilului”, în activitatea sa de administrare fiscală pune accentul pe conformarea fiscală voluntară a contribuabililor.
 
În vederea sporirii gradului de conformare și stabilirii unui dialog eficient cu mediul de afaceri, la data de 24 septembrie 2021 autoritatea fiscală a desfășurat două ședințe a Consiliului de conformare cu antreprenorii care dispun de aparate de comerț - vending machine și cu administratorii piețelor autorizate.

 

În cadrul ședințelor au fost discutate aspectele ce țin de particularitățile comerțului prin intermediul aparatelor de tip Vending și aspectele ce țin de activitatea de întreprinzător în cadrul piețelor autorizate din Republica Moldova, precum și identificarea comună a soluțiilor și a instrumentelor de reducere a încălcărilor fiscale.

 

Ședința cu administratorii piețelor autorizate a avut loc în contextul campaniei ,,Activează legal – activează în siguranță” desfășurate în cadrul acestor piețe.

 

Menționăm că, SFS va continua seria de întruniri cu mediul de afaceri din diferite domenii ale economiei naționale, pentru a consolida măsurile de administrare aplicate în vederea majorării nivelului de conformare fiscală.

 

Notă: Consiliul de Conformare al SFS este un organ consultativ creat cu scopul de a acorda recomandări și soluții practice în vederea sporirii gradului de conformare a contribuabililor, îmbunătățirii permanente a calității serviciilor fiscale, majorării nivelului de transparență și de responsabilitate atât a contribuabililor, cât și a funcționarilor fiscali.
