SFS în dialog cu reprezentanții Asociației Băncilor din Moldova

Conducerea Serviciului Fiscal de Stat a avut joi, 11 martie 2021, o ședință de lucru cu reprezentanții Asociației Băncilor din Moldova privind modificările operate la politica fiscală pentru anul curent, aferente impozitării dobânzilor bancare și dobânzile calculate pe Valorile mobiliare de stat.

 

În debutul ședinței, Directorul SFS, Serghei Pușcuța a reiterat deschiderea autorității fiscale naționale în identificarea cât mai rapid posibil a tuturor întrebărilor și neclarităților în acest sens, pentru a oferi răspunsurile și explicațiile corespunzătoare care să fie aplicate unitar, atât de contribuabili, cât și de administratorii veniturilor de stat.

 

Discuțiile au vizat mai multe aspecte precum:

  • reținerea impozitului pe venitul aferent dobânzilor la depozitele persoanelor fizice;
  • prezentarea informațiilor anuale persoanelor fizice nerezidente cărora li s-au efectuat rețineri la sursa de plată din veniturile achitate conform art. 91 alin (1) din Codul Fiscal;
  • reținerea impozitului pe venitul aferent dobânzilor din valori mobiliare de stat (VMS) achitate persoanelor fizice rezidente;
  • reținerea impozitului pe venitul aferent dobânzilor din valori mobiliare de stat (VMS) achitate persoanelor fizice nerezidente.

La rândul său, președintele Asociației Băncilor din Moldova,  Nicolae Dorin a mulțumit Serviciului Fiscal de Stat pentru deschiderea manifestată și răspunsurile exhaustive la toate întrebările înaintate pe marginea subiectelor discutate.

 

La final, părțile au convenit să discute la următoarea ședință despre transportarea datelor dintre bănci și executorii judecătorești prin Sistemul Informațional Automatizat „Crearea şi circulația documentelor electronice”.
