SFS: start campaniei 2018 de conformare benevolă a agenților economici

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat asigură monitorizarea și controlul activităţii agenților economici care dețin săli de ceremonii și/sau restaurante, domeniu de activitate care prezintă riscuri sporite pentru administrarea fiscală. Scopul acțiunilor de specialitate este asigurarea unei administrări eficiente a contribuabililor, stabilirii și prevenirii cazurilor de încălcare a prevederilor legislației în vigoare și conformarea agenților economici respectivi. În baza informației disponibile, SFS a examinat activitatea unui șir de agenţi economici (ce deţin săli de ceremonii şi/sau restaurante) prin prisma următorilor indicatori: • tipul obiectului (sală de festivităţi, restaurant, cafenea) • suprafaţa unităţilor comerciale • numărul de locuri • regimul de lucru • cifra de afaceri • povara fiscală • numărul mediu de salariați • salariul mediu per angajat pe parcursul anului 2017. În rezultat, au fost identificate riscuri fiscale asociate agenților economici din domeniu. Pe parcursul perioadei 10 mai – 4 iunie 2018, în scopul prevenirii şi depistării cazurilor de încălcare fiscală, în temeiul prevederilor art. 133 alin. (2) pct. 13) și art. 146 din Codul fiscal, SFS a instalat 27 posturi fiscale pe întreg teritoriul țării, dintre care 14 în raza municipiului Chișinău. SFS vine cu un apel către toţi agenții economici să se conformeze benevol legislației în vigoare și să presteze servicii conform prevederilor acesteia. Amintim că în rezultatul campaniei similare din septembrie 2017, desfăşurată de SFS, în timpul funcționării posturilor fiscale la cei 10 agenți economici monitorizați a fost înregistrată o creștere a volumului de livrări cu 6,5 mil. lei sau cu 40,49% comparativ cu perioada similară a anului 2016 (inclusiv livrările prin intermediul mașinii de casă și control). NOTĂ: la expirarea perioadei de monitorizare a sălilor de festivități, odată cu începerea sezonului estival, posturile fiscale vor fi instalate la zonele de agrement din țară, conform practicii de anul precedent.
