În Monitorul oficial de mîine, vineri, 2 septembrie, Nr. 288-292 (5721-5725) vor fi publicate următoarele documente oficiale: În Partea I – Legi, hotărîri ale Parlamentului Republicii Moldova, decrete ale Preşedintelui Republicii Moldova • Hotărîrea privind modificarea anexei la Hotărîrea Parlamentului nr. 146 din 9 iulie 2015 cu privire la Programul legislativ de realizare a angajamentelor de transpunere asumate în cadrul Acordului de Asociere dintre Republica Moldova, pe de o parte, şi Uniunea Europeană şi Comunitatea Europeanăa Energiei Atomice şi statele membre ale acestora, pe de altăparte, pentru anii 2015–2016 (nr. 99, 26 mai 2016). • Decret pentru iniţierea negocierilor asupra proiectului Hotărîrii Consiliului șefilor de state al Comunității Statelor Independente privind Programul de cooperare a statelor membre ale Comunității Statelor Independente în combaterea infracțiunilor comise cu utilizarea tehnologiilor informaționale pentru anii 2016-2020 (nr. 2280-VII, 22 august 2016). 612. • Decret privind conferirea de distincţii de stat unui grup de lucrători medicali (nr. 2287-VII, 24 august 2016). • Decret privind conferirea de distincții de stat unor lucrători din sistemul financiar (nr. 2288-VII, 24 august 2016). În Partea II – Hotărîri ale Guvernului Republicii Moldova • Hotărîre cu privire la aprobarea proiectului de lege pentru ratificarea Acordului de finanţare dintre Republica Moldova şi Asociaţia Internaţionalăpentru Dezvoltare şi a Acordului de împrumut dintre Republica Moldova şi Banca Internaţională pentru Reconstrucţie şi Dezvoltare în vederea realizării Proiectului de modernizare a administraţiei fiscale (TAMP), semnate la Chişinău la 28 iunie 2016 (nr. 1002, 24 august 2016). • Hotărîre pentru aprobarea Avizului la proiectul de lege cu privire la modificarea și completarea Legii privind activitatea particularăde detectiv și de pază(nr. 1003, 24 august 2016). • Hotărîre cu privire la completarea Listei substanţelor narcotice, psihotrope şi a plantelor care conţin astfel de substanţe depistate în trafic ilicit, precum şi cantităţile acestora (nr. 1004, 24 august 2016). • Hotărîre pentru aprobarea Regulamentului-cadru privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Centrului social regional pentru asistenţa persoanelor infectate HIV/SIDA și a membrilor familiilor acestora și a standardelor minime de calitate (nr. 1010, 26 august 2016). În Partea III Inspectoratului Fiscal Principal de Stat publică: • Ordin cu privire la modificarea şi completarea Ordinului IFPS nr. 295 din 8 iunie 2010, precum şi abrogarea unor acte normative aferente acestuia (nr. 792, 24 august 2016).
