Антимонопольное расследование работы автопроизводителей в Китае затронуло General Motors

Основные претензии вызывают завышенные, по мнению антимонопольщиков, цены на комплектующие и послепродажное обслуживание Проводимое китайскими антимонопольными органами расследование в отношении ряда зарубежных автопроизводителей затронуло и американскую компанию General Motors. Об этом сообщает в среду газета Shanghai Daily. Основные претензии у китайских антимонопольщиков вызывают завышенные, по их мнению, цены на комплектующие и послепродажное обслуживание ряда зарубежных автомобильных концернов. Совместное предприятие Шанхайской автомобильно-промышленной корпорации (SAIC) и General Motors, которое выпускает для китайского рынка машины марок Buick, Chevrolet и Cadillac, сотрудничает с китайским антимонопольным регулятором, рассказал газете представитель компании. Он не сообщил о результатах переговоров с властями, но подчеркнул, что предприятие не планирует снижать цены на свою продукцию. Ранее официальные претензии были предъявлены компаниям Chrysler, Audi, а также 12 японским производителям автозапчастей. Изучается также ценовая политика Mercedes-Benz и Volkswagen. Если в США и Европе общая стоимость всех комплектующих превышает цену нового автомобиля примерно в три раза, то на китайском рынке это соотношение может достигать 12 к 1. На фоне начавшегося антимонопольного расследования ряд крупных западных автопроизводителей уже объявили о серьезном снижении цен на свою продукцию.
