Банки Уолл-стрит сократили разрывы в зарплатах топ-менеджеров и рядовых работников

Разница между размерами оплаты труда руководителей финансовых компаний США и рядовых сотрудников снижается, причем в нижних эшелонах объемы вознаграждения растут более быстрыми темпами, чем для высшего руководства, пишет The Wall Street Journal. Со времен финансового кризиса 2008 года разрыв существенно сократился вслед за уменьшением зарплат и бонусов руководителей пяти крупнейших банков Уолл-стрит: JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America и Citigroup. В 2014 году средняя оплата труда работников этих пяти банков установила новый исторический рекорд - $148 тыс. 740, на 17% больше, чем в 2006 году, однако доходы их топ-менеджеров были заметно ниже докризисного уровня. В прошлом году объемы вознаграждения CEO превышали средние по банку в 124 раза против 273 раз в 2006 году. Главы пяти ведущих банков США в прошлом году в общей сложности получили от своих компаний $92,5 млн по сравнению со $173,6 млн в 2006 году. Комиссия по ценным бумагам и биржам (SEC) США завершает работу над правилом, которое обяжет все американские корпорации публиковать сведения о том, во сколько раз зарплаты их руководства больше, чем вознаграждение обычных сотрудников. Как ожидается, эта норма приведет к дальнейшему сужению разрыва. Лидером по доходам в "большой пятерке" Уолл-стрит остается CEO и председатель совета директоров банка Goldman Sachs Ллойд Бланкфейн - около $24 млн в 2014 году без учета долгосрочных программ поощрения, о которых Goldman расскажет только перед годовым собранием акционеров.
