China obligă utilizatorii de internet să folosească numele real

Utilizatorii de Internet din China vor fi obligaţi să folosească numele real pe reţelele de socializare şi bloguri, potrivit unor noi prevederi ale autorităţii chineze de reglementare în domeniu, relatează The Independent, în ediţia electronică de miercuri. Începând din 2012, Beijingul le-a cerut companiilor ce oferă servicii de Internet să păstreze numele real pentru unii utilizatori de Internet. În prezent, autorităţile chineze au decis să extindă această prevedere, astfel încât să fie aplicată inclusiv blogurilor, reţelelor de socializare şi secţiunilor de comentarii de pe site-uri. De asemenea, o nouă prevedere obligă companiile ce oferă servicii de Internet să includă în contract un punct prin care clienţii îşi iau angajamentul să se abţină de la orice activitate "ilegală sau nesănătoasă". Într-un comunicat, autoritatea chineză de reglementare a Internetului anunţă că aceste prevederi au fost luate pentru a stopa "haosul" în privinţa numelor de utilizator. Folosirea unor conturi haioase cu precum Putin sau Obama promovează "cultura vulgară" şi încurajează comiterea de fraude, susţine autoritatea chineză.
