În epoca livrărilor în aceeaşi zi şi a dronelor ce vor înlocui şoferii, antrepenorii la început de drum au de înfruntat concurenţa din ce în ce mai acerbă atunci când intră în zona de eCommerce. Cu toate acestea, în 2014 inovaţiile tehnologice permit chiar şi micilor retaileri online să atragă atenţia şi să crească puternic în această zonă, consideră analistul în eCommerce şi CEO-ul companiei de consultanţă Icreon Tech, Himanshu Sareen. Compania de cercetare MarketForce a realizat un sondaj din care a rezultat că 80% dintre cumpărători depind de social media atunci când vor să îşi dea seama dacă merită sau nu să cumpere un anumit produs. Influenţa reţelelor sociale asupra performanţei brandurilor este din ce în ce mai vizibilă. Companiile care şi-au dat seama de această oportunitate integrează eficient site-ul de comerţ online cu social media. Integrarea de strategii sociale in operatiunile eCommerce poate ajuta nu numai la cresterea notorietatii brandului, vitale traficului Web si a expunerii in randul clientilor, dar si adunarea de feedback, cresterea vanzarilor, depasirea concurentilor directi.
Strategiile social media pot oferi un impuls
Branduri de toate dimensiunile incorporeaza strategii sociale. De la marketing la dezvoltare Web, retelele de social media pot ajuta brandurile sa castige expunere. Pe masura ce eCommerce-ul se transforma intr-o experienta din ce in ce mai personalizata si uneori chiar intima, brandurile emergente ar trebui sa “ia fata” gigantilor care, datorita dimensiunilor, se misca mai greoi.
