Efectele economice ale victoriei lui Trump: Petrolul s-a ieftinit, aurul și argintul s-au scumpit

Pieţele mondiale au reacţionat violent la vestea că Donald Trump a câştigat alegerile din SUA: dolarul scade, aurul a crescut semnificativ, petrolul şi cuprul au scăzut, iar titlurile trezoreriei ameriane au scăzut şi cu 20 de puncte de bază. Miercuri dimineaţă, indicii futures pentru indicele DOW erau în scădere cu 3,72% înainte de deschiderea sesiunii de tranzacţionare, în timp ce acţiunile asiatice au scăzut. Indicele Nikkei 225 s-a prăbuşit cu 4,74%, în timp ce Hang Seng a scăzut cu 2,77% în Hong Kong, iar indicele CSI 300 al Shanghaiului a scăzut cu 1,32%. Preţul petrolului a scăzut extrem de puternic, cu 3,38%, şi a coborât la $43 barilul. Preţul aurului a urcat cu 3,55%, la 1,320 dolari uncia. Aceasta este cea mai mare creștere înregistrată într-o singură zi de prețul aurului după data de 24 iunie, când cotația metalului galben a crescut cu 8%, după ce Marea Britanie a decis să iasă din Uniunea Europeană. Argintul a urcat cu 2,09%, la $18,74. Dolarul s-a depreciat cu 3,37% în raport cu yenul, la 101,58 yeni/dolar, şi cu 1,82% în raport cu euro. Faţă de liră, dolarul a scăzut cu 0,97%. Moneda mexicană s-a prăbuşit cu peste 12% faţă de dolar, aceasta fiind cea mai radicală evoluţie pe o zi din ultimele două decenii.
