Европа теряет конкурентоспособность

Руководство ведущих промышленных компаний ЕС беспокоит снижение конкурентоспособности европейской экономики по сравнению с США и странами Азии. Глава Круглого стола промышленников ЕС Лейф Йоханссон в интервью изданию Financial Times представил доклад “ERT Benchmarking Report 2013”. В состав Круглого стола (European Roundtable of Industrialists, ERT) входят главы и представители 50 крупнейших промышленных компаний Европы, в частности Nestle, ThyssenKrupp, Total, Siemens, Telefonica, EADS, Repsol и другие. ЛЕЙФ ЙОХАНССОН, ПРЕДСЕДАТЕЛЬ СОВЕТА ДИРЕКТОРОВ ERICSSON, ПРЕЗИДЕНТ КРУГЛОГО СТОЛА ПРОМЫШЛЕННИКОВ ЕС
“Вокруг дальнейшего развития европейской экономики сохраняется повышенная неопределенность. Мы видим несколько факторов, которые внушают нам серьезные опасения. В Европе нет единой энергетической политики. Нам необходимо прийти к общеевропейскому знаменателю, однако это по-прежнему вызывает протест на уровне отдельных стран. При этом европейская промышленность в целом продолжает терять конкурентоспособность по сравнению с другими регионами мировой экономики, в особенности по сравнению с США. Нас также серьезно беспокоит проблема растущей безработицы среди молодежи в ЕС, это очень серьезный вопрос”.
В докладе Круглого стола промышленников ЕС отмечается высокий уровень стоимости открытия стартапов в Европе. Этот показатель почти вдвое выше стоимости начала собственного бизнеса в США, почти в 6 раз выше, чем в Канаде, и почти в 10 раз выше, чем в Китае. Дешевле всего открыть собственное дело в Дании (88 евро), дороже всего – в Италии (3653 евро).

По оценкам европейских промышленников, показатель производительности труда в ЕС в среднем составляет 3/4 от производительности труда в США. На этом фоне показатель ВВП на душу населения в США по-прежнему существенно опережает европейский уровень.
