Евросоюз отсрочит перечисление Греции очередной порции кредитов

Министры финансов государств Евросоюза обсудили возможность отсрочки перечисления Греции очередной порции кредитов, поскольку страна не успевает выполнить поставленные кредиторами условия. Как ожидается, Греция сумеет выполнить все 15 условий для получения очередного транша кредитов в размере 2,8 млрд. евро в рамках третьей программы помощи. Но страна, вероятно, не успеет сделать это в намеченный срок - до 15 сентября. Министры финансов европейских государств готовы продлить срок выполнения Грецией условий соглашения, однако здесь есть лимиты - страна должна получить очередную порцию помощи не позднее октября. Греция надеется в конце этого года начать переговоры с кредиторами, рассчитывая добиться более мягких условий выплаты долга. Согласно оценкам Еврокомиссии, госдолг Греции в этом году достигнет пикового уровня в 182,8% ВВП. Член Еврокомиссии по экономическим и финансовым делам Пьер Московиси заявил, что Греции еще предстоит проделать работу, чтобы выполнить обязательства для получения транша европейской финансовой помощи. Он напомнил, что в мае Еврогруппа решила, что выделение 2,8 млрд. евро состоится, когда Афины выполнят свои "веховые обязательства", включающие фундаментальные элементы программы экономического оздоровления, в частности, приватизацию, реформу энергетического рынка и создание независимого налогового агентства. Решение, принятое в мае, по словам еврокомиссара, окончательно предотвратило идею Grexit, что замечательно, но остается еще проделать работу, чтобы добиться полного успеха.
