Фонд МСФО обновил информацию по мировым юрисдикциям на МСФО

Фонд МСФО представил обновленный вариант отчета “Financial Reporting Standards for the World Economy”, посвященного глобального внедрению международных стандартов. Всего на данный момент 140 стран признаются юрисдикциями на МСФО (различают, однако, факт обязательного или же добровольного их использования). Результаты наблюдений за этими 140 юрисдикциями указывают на то, что:
  • Присутствует общая поддержка самой идеи единых глобальных стандартов*, а также идеи МСФО в качестве такой единой системы глобальных стандартов
  • На обязательной основе МСФО применяются сегодня в 116 юрисдикциях, 60% из них требуют использования международных стандартов даже от компаний без биржевого листинга, а 90%, по крайней мере, разрешают таким компаниям применять их
  • Большинство из 24 оставшихся юрисдикций МСФО не требуют, но разрешают применение их в какой-либо форме
  • Дополнительные модификации в оригинальном тексте стандартов – явление редкое
  • В большинстве юрисдикций аудиторское заключение предполагает вывод аудитора о соответствии отчетности требованиям МСФО
  • Из 107 юрисдикций (140 – 33, которые соответствуют странам ЕС, Европейской экономической зоны или кандидатам на вступление) формальный процесс внедрение международных стандартов отсутствует. Европейский регион по этой причине не учитывается, потому что с самого перехода на МСФО в 2005 году там действовал формальный процесс одобрения всех новых международных стандартов (EFRAG изучает обновления и дает свои официальные рекомендации Еврокомиссии)
  • Использование “IFRS for SMEs” (стандартов для малых и средних предприятий) разрешено в 73 государствах из 140 рассмотренных
