На саммите министров финансов стран “Большой семерки” глава американского казначейства Джек Лью призвал все стороны, вовлеченные в греческие долговые консультации, приложить максимум усилий для того, чтобы избежать кризиса. Европейцы же, даже исключая возможность выхода Греции из еврозоны, скептически относятся к перспективам скорого соглашения. По словам главы немецкого Минфина Вольфганга Шойбле, “от имени Еврокомиссии о ходе переговоров между тремя кредитными институтами и правительством Греции нам доложил Пьер Московиси, который повторил то, что он говорил и раньше: позитивные анонсы из Афин не полным образом отражают ход консультаций”. Напомним, в середине недели неназванный представитель греческого правительства заявил агентству Reuters, что стороны уже начали составление технического соглашения, а глава кабинета Алексис Ципрас утверждал, что “мы на финишной прямой, окончательное соглашение не за горами”. Вместе с тем, сообщается, что уровень частных банковских депозитов в Греции упал до самой низкой отметки с сентября 2004 г. На счетах греческих частных лиц и компаний в апреле было €133.7 млрд, это на 3.6 % меньше, чем в марте, и более, чем на €100 млрд. меньше пика сентября 2009. Только с начала избирательной кампании, которая привела к победе выступающей против политики жесткой экономии коалиции “Сириза”, со счетов в Греции были сняты €31 млрд. или 18.8 % общего объема депозитов.
