Goldman Sachs уволит 10% трейдеров подразделения активов с фиксированным доходом

Goldman Sachs планирует сократить порядка 10% трейдеров в подразделении, занимающемся операциями с облигациями, валютами и сырьевыми товарами, пишет газета The Wall Street Journal со ссылкой на осведомленные источники. Ежегодно к концу первого квартала Goldman Sachs сокращает свой штат примерно на 5%, что открывает возможности для найма новых сотрудников. Однако в этом году, по словам источников, инвестбанк готовит более масштабные сокращения рабочих мест. Перспективы подразделения Goldman Sachs, осуществляющего операции с бондами, валютами и сырьем, ухудшаются в связи с введением новых регулятивных требований к капиталу банков, а также к объему рискованных операций фининститутов, отмечают источники. По их словам, сокращения в целом не превысят 250 человек. Многие из крупнейших мировых банков уже сократили операции в сфере торговли активами с фиксированным доходом как в плане количества рабочих мест, так и в плане объема портфелей этих активов. Так, Morgan Stanley в прошлом месяце уволил порядка 1,2 тыс. сотрудников, включая 25% трейдеров подразделения активов с фиксированным доходом. Главный исполнительный директор Goldman Sachs Ллойд Бланкфейн в декабре прошлого года подтвердил, что инвестбанк намерен остаться важным игроком в бизнесе по торговле активами с фиксированным доходом. Goldman Sachs опубликует финансовую отчетность за четвертый квартал 2015 года на следующей неделе. По оценке экспертов Barclays, выручка инвестбанка от торговли активами с фиксированным доходом снизилась на 5% по сравнению с октябрем-декабрем 2014 года - до $1,1 млрд. Ранее WSJ сообщала, что Goldman Sachs сократил бонусы сотрудникам подразделения активов с фиксированным доходом в среднем на 10% по итогам 2015 года.
