Греция достигла соглашения с кредиторами

Греция и ее кредиторы достигли соглашения о реформах, необходимого для начала официальных переговоров о третьей программе помощи стране, заявил президент Евросовета Дональд Туск, сообщает агентство Bloomberg. Евросаммит единогласно пришел к соглашению. Все готово для продвижения программы через ESM (европейский фонд финансовой стабильности - ИФ) с серьезными реформами и финансовой поддержкой, - сообщил Туск в Твиттере. По его словам, достигнутое соглашение означает, что европейские страны продолжают оказывать поддержку Греции, которой взамен предстоит выполнить жесткие условия. Глава Еврогруппы Йерун Дейсселблум сообщил, что главы финансовых ведомств государств еврозоны немедленно начнут переговоры о предоставлении бридж-финансирования Греции, которое позволит стране провести выплаты по долгу этим летом, пишет The Guardian. Он подтвердил, что Греция направит объекты для приватизации общей стоимостью 50 млрд евро в специальный фонд, который, однако, будет зарегистрирован в Афинах, а не в Люксембурге, как планировалось первоначально. Средства из этого фонда - 25 млрд евро, в частности, будут использованы для рекапитализации греческих банков. Дейсселблум отметил, что парламенту Греции стоит немедленно начать законодательное утверждение достигнутых договоренностей, чтобы приступить к их реализации. В случае если греческий парламент утвердит соглашение во вторник-среду, парламенты других стран еврозоны смогут провести собственные голосования по этому вопросу, добавил он. Канцлер Германии Ангела Меркель заявила в ходе пресс-конференции, что европейские страны должны восстановить доверие к Греции. По ее словам, Еврогруппа в будущем будет готова рассмотреть продление срока выданных Афинам кредитов. Глава Еврокомиссии Жан-Клод Юнкер в свою очередь заявил, что выход Греции из еврозоны не предусматривается. Он считает, что достигнутое соглашение не следует считать унизительным для греков. Нет ни победителей, ни побежденных. Я не думаю, что народ Греции унижен. При этом другие европейские страны также сохранили лицо, - приводит его слова "Би-би-си".
