Греция не будет продлевать программу помощи

Премьер-министр Греции Алексис Ципрас заявил в воскресенье, что Афины, несмотря на давление со стороны европейских партнеров, не будут просить продления действующей программы помощи, передает агентство Bloomberg. "Решение нашего правительства уважать мандат, полученный от греческого народа, и провести переговоры о завершении программы бюджетной экономии не подлежит пересмотру", - заявил премьер, выступая в парламенте. Ципрас подтвердил планы повышения минимальной заработной платы, восстановления не облагаемого подоходным налогом минимума заработной платы, приостановки приватизации объектов инфраструктуры. Это шаги идут вразрез с действующей экономической программой, одобренной кредиторами. Он подтвердил, что правительство будет добиваться предоставления бридж-кредита на срок до июня для проведения переговоров с кредиторами. Таким образом, предположения, что новое правительство Греции, не добившись в ходе переговоров на прошлой неделе каких-либо уступок со стороны европейских партнеров, будет вынуждено смягчить риторику и искать компромиссы, не оправдались. В среду министр финансов Янис Варуфакис на экстренной встрече министров финансов еврозоны представит свои предложения по реструктуризации греческих долгов. Однако, по данным агентства Reuters, Брюссель со своей стороны настаивает на том, чтобы Афины до 16 февраля направили запрос о продлении действия нынешней программы помощи, которая истекает 28 февраля. Председатель Еврогруппы Йерун Дейсселблум написал в "Твиттере", что продление действующей программы помощи Греции возможно, если страна будет полностью выполнять ее условия. Новое правительство Греции выдвинуло идею предоставления бридж-кредита до июня за счет размещения краткосрочных облигаций, а также получения полагающейся ей части прибыли Европейского центрального банка - это 1,9 млрд евро. Однако эти предложения партнерами были отвергнуты, как и в целом идея начать обсуждение программы сотрудничества с "чистого листа", обсудить возможность облегчения долгового бремени Греции. Эксперты опасаются, что если Греция с 1 марта окажется без поддержки кредиторов, это может привести к оттоку депозитов из банков, бегству капиталов и панике среди инвесторов. В январе из банков уже было изъято 8-10 млрд евро, и ситуация еще более усугубилась после того, как Европейский центральный банк на прошлой неделе решил прекратить принимать в залог греческие гособлигации. Президент Европарламента Мартин Шульц заявил в интервью германской газете Handelsblatt, что Греция станет банкротом, если не будет придерживаться согласованных ранее с кредиторами условий. По его словам, у страны нет выбора.
