Guvernul României pregăteşte modificări la Codul Fiscal

Guvernul României pregătește o serie de modificări la Codul Fiscal, toate fiind cuprinse într-un proiect de lege care se află în dezbatere publică pe site-ul Ministerului de Finanțe. Printre cele mai importante schimbări se află creșterea accizelor la benzină și motorină și eliminarea impozitului pe venit pentru medici, de la 1 ianuarie 2018. Alte modificări ale Codului Fiscal cuprinse în proiectul de lege: – nu vor mai fi impozitate veniturile realizate de persoanele fizice din dividende distribuite începând cu data de 1 ianuarie 2018 – se elimină impozitul pe dividende pentru microîntreprinderi şi pentru dividendele date între persoanele juridice române – se elimină elimină impozitul pe mijloacele de transport pentru mijloacele de transport agricole de tipul tractoarelor, utilajelor agricole și altor mijloace de transport agricole, utilizate efectiv în domeniul agricol – veniturile obținute din activități independente desfășurate în România, potrivit legii, cu excepția drepturilor de proprietate intelectuală, se consideră ca fiind obținute din România, indiferent dacă sunt primite din România sau din străinătate – veniturile din drepturi de proprietate intelectuală sunt considerate ca fiind obținute din România, numai dacă sunt primite de la un plătitor de venit din România sau de la un nerezident prin intermediul unui sediu permanent al acestuia stabilit în România.
