IFAC научит своих членов следовать своим собственным стандартам

Как известно, в состав Международной федерации бухгалтеров входит несколько профильных комитетов, занимающихся разработкой международных стандартов (аудита, отчетности организаций общественного сектора, профессиональной этики, бухгалтерского образования и т.д.). Понятно, что если речь идет хотя бы о том же Кодексе этики для профессиональных бухгалтеров, то ожидается, что следовать ему будут в первую очередь члены самой Международной федерации бухгалтеров (а среди таковых немало и российских профессиональных бухгалтерских объединений – например, Российская Коллегия Аудиторов и Институт профессиональных бухгалтеров и аудиторов России). При этом никто, конечно, не запрещает сторонним организациям также следовать тем же правилам. Желая облегчить переход (поддержание соответствия) членских организаций международным стандартам, IFAC выпустила на днях “Стратегию соответствия” на 2016-2018 гг. Стратегия содержит в себе фундаментальные обновления к механизмам мониторинга и внутренней отчетности, которые помогут обеспечить соответствие профессиональных бухгалтерских и аудиторских организаций - членов МФБ - требованиям к членству (в части обеспечения контроля качества, соответствия стандартам профессионального образования, деловой этики и так далее – всего 7 основных пунктов). “После более чем десяти успешных лет программы IFAC по обеспечению соответствия ее членов новая стратегия представляет собой настоящий поворотный момент” – так отзывается о публикации Файез Чодхери (Fayez Choudhury), исполнительный директор IFAC. – “Предложенные изменения к Программе, в том числе в плане написания и публикации информационных отчетов, улучшат использование актуальной информации, а равным образом повысят ценность Программы в качестве глобального источника данных о статусе внедрения международных стандартов по юрисдикциям”. Понятно, что г-н Чодхери говорит скорее об отдельных профессиональных объединениях, являющихся членами IFAC и внедряющих международные стандарты у себя, но ведь кто как не они в конечном итоге оказывают решающее влияние на распространение международных стандартов в юрисдикциях, где являются резидентами?
