În România TVA la materiile prime agricole reduse pînă la 9%

TVA pentru seminţe, îngrăşăminte, pesticide şi alte produse agricole destinate însămânţării sau plantării, precum şi pentru prestările de servicii agricole, a scăzut de la 20% la 9% de la 1 august. Pe lângă materiile prime agricole, cota redusa de TVA de 9% se aplică şi pentru următoarele tipuri de prestări servicii utilizate în sectorul agricol:
  • Fertilizat
  • Arat
  • Discuit sau grăpat
  • Pregătit pat germinativ cu combinator si modelat sol
  • Semănat sau plantat
  • Tăvălugit
  • Stropit, prăfuit - combatere boli si dăunători, erbicidat
  • Tratarea seminţelor utilizate la înfiinţarea culturilor agricole, cu produse de protecţie a plantelor
  • Recoltat sau dislocat culturi
  • Colectarea si balotarea materialului vegetal, prin presare in baloţi
  • Tocat resturi vegetale
  • Prăsit culturi
  • Executat sau deschis rigole in vederea modelarii solului la legume
  • Nivelatul terenului agricol, prin care se asigura o suprafaţă cat mai plana terenului de cultura, prin reducerea abaterilor de microrelief provocate de celelalte lucrări agricole
  • Plantatul în biloane la cartof si legume
  • Răritul si decoletarea la sfecla de zahar
  • Înşirat, balotat, păpuşit la tutun
  • Cosit
  • Greblat
  • Lucrări de însilozare şi depozitare a furajelor in ferme zootehnice
  • Scarificare, respectiv afânare adânca pe soluri compactate
  • Desfundat terenul la adâncimi mari, pentru a favoriza creşterea rădăcinilor
  • Săpat gropi pentru plantarea pomilor
  • Tocat coarde, crengi
  • Lucrări de colectare, sortare, condiţionare, etichetare la legume si fructe
  • Operaţiuni de montare a spatiilor protejate, respectiv sere si/sau solare
  • Curăţarea vegetaţiei nedorite si distrugerea muşuroaielor de pe păşuni si fâneţe
  • Supraînsămânţări pe pajişti, amenajare surse de apa pentru animale pe pajişti, parcelarea pajiştilor
Lucrări specifice de evacuare a dejecţiilor si de asigurarea furajelor in sau din fermele zootehnice
  • Dezinfecţia si deratizarea în fermele zootehnice
  • Tunsul oilor
  • Sortarea, marcarea si ambalarea ouălor
  • Curăţatul copitelor sau ongloanelor la animale
  • Decolmatat sau curăţat canale de irigaţii si/sau de desecare
Măsura de reducerea a TVA în sectorul agricol este o măsură adoptată de actualul Executiv cu scopul de a stimula efectuarea de servicii şi de a creşte productivitatea recoltelor, dar şi pentru a scoate de la "negru" anumite prestaţii din domeniul agricol.
