Italia va introduce salariul minim pe economie

Guvernul italian a decis să introducă un salariu minim pe economie de 6,30 - 7 euro pe oră, detaliile urmând să fie stabilite în următoarele săptămâni de Cabinetul de la Roma, informează cotidianul Corriere della Sera. Italia este una dintre puține țări din UE care în prezent nu are încă un salariu minim pe economie. În Uniunea Europeană, 22 din 28 de state membre au un salariu minim legal. Germania este ultima țară care a adoptat o legislație în acest sens iar măsura a intrat în vigoare în 2015. Potrivit Corriere della Sera, prevederile privind salariul minim nu se vor aplica persoanelor ale căror salarii sunt stabilite în urma unor acorduri colective naționale între sindicate și angajatori la nivel de ramură. Introducerea salariului minim riscă să devină un nou subiect de dispută între Guvern și sindicate, care cer ca Executivul să le consulte înainte de a lua o decizie. Sindicatele susțin că acordurile colective fixează deja un salariu minim. Însă, potrivit datelor ICTWSS, aceste acorduri nu acoperă decât 80% din muncitorii italieni. Alte țări membre UE care nu au un salariu minim pe economie sunt Danemarca, Cipru, Austria și Suedia.
