К Словакии переходит председательство в Европейском союзе

С 1 июля 2016 года председательство в Европейском союзе переходит к Словацкой Республике. Об этом сообщило посольство Словакии в Кишинёве. Программа председательства Словакии будет сосредоточена на четырёх приоритетных направлениях: экономически сильная Европа, единый современный рынок, долгосрочная политика в области миграции и предоставления убежища, а также Европа, активная на мировой арене. Председательство Словакии несёт с собой позитивную повестку дня и ставит перед собой цель содействовать долгосрочным решениям. Согласно пресс-релизу посольства, в период своего председательства Словакия сосредоточит внимание на трёх темах, общим знаменателем которых являются три взаимосвязанных принципа. Получение конкретных результатов – наша цель состоит в том, чтобы продемонстрировать гражданам ЕС, что общеевропейские проекты оказывают практическое влияние на улучшение качества их жизни; преодоление фрагментации – мы будем стремиться к достижению таких результатов, которые будут способствовать укреплению связей между государствами-членами в рамках единого рынка; особое внимание к гражданам – способность достигать конкретных результатов и преодолевать фрагментацию является тем ключом, который соединит Европейский союз с его гражданами, - отмечается в пресс-релизе.
