Кабмин Украины одобрил проект налоговой реформы

Правительство Украины одобрило проект закона о налоговой реформе, который был разработан и выненсен на обсуждение министерством финансов. Среди самых существенных изменений – создание единого реестра вместо сегодняшних двух для возмещения налога на добавленную стоимость. По словам министра финансов Украины Александра Данилюка, в данный момент возмещение НДС производится не совсем прозрачно и не всегда вовремя, а то и не производится вовсе. С введением в действие единого реестра и полной автоматизации процесса возмещения количество ошибок должно снизиться, поскольку в этом случае удастся исключить человеческий фактор. Кроме этого, налоговая реформа предполагает освобождение от налога на обучение. Иными словами, от НДФЛ освободят любые платежи в пользу высших либо профессионально-технических учебных заведений Украины. Еще одно важное нововведение – пятилетние «налоговые каникулы» для новообразованных предприятий. В рамках снижения давления на бизнес и ограничения возможности манипуляций запланирована также модернизация структуры государственной фискальной службы и оптимизация выполняемых ею функций. Количество внеплановых проверок бизнеса должно в итоге сократиться. На рассмотрение Верховной Рады проект должны внести до 22 октября.
