Кредиторы остановили программу помощи Греции: стране грозит дефолт

За несколько часов до истечения срока выплаты долга МВФ, Афины обратились с просьбой об отсрочке очередного платежа до ноября. Еврогруппа отказалась предоставлять Греции третий пакет помощи. В ночь на среду, 1 июля, "Тройка" международных кредиторов досрочно остановила программу финансовой помощи Греции. В ходе напряженных переговоров о программе реформ и выплате старых долгов согласия между Афинами и международными кредиторами достигнуто не было. 30 июня днем правительство Греции обратилось с просьбой к Международному валютному фонду (МВФ), Европейскому центробанку (ЕЦБ) и Еврокомиссии о предоставлении третьего пакета помощи - двухлетней программе поддержки от европейского стабилизационного фонда ESM. Председатель Еврогруппы Йерун Дейсселблум сообщил, что министры финансов Еврогруппы отклонили просьбу Афин. На 1 июля намечено очередное совещание кредиторов по греческому вопросу. Также греческое правительство обратилось с официальной просьбой к МВФ о четырехмесячной, до ноября 2015 года, отсрочке выплаты собственного долга в размере 1,6 миллиарда евро. Заявка была передана в МВФ за несколько часов до истечения срока, отведенного на перевод денег. В ночь на среду МВФ заявил, что деньги от Греции не поступили, а для рассмотрения просьбы об отсрочке организации требуется определенное время. При этом в случае невыплаты текущего долга, а также непринятия условий кредиторов (уменьшения размеров пенсий и социальных выплат, а также повышения налога на добавленную стоимость) Афины не смогут получить заблокированный последний транш (7,2 миллиарда евро) из второго пакета финансовой помощи. Долгов много Долг перед МВФ - не единственный в Греции. 10 июля правительство должно будет выплатить держателям государственных облигаций около 2 миллиардов евро, а еще десять дней спустя - 3,5 миллиарда ЕЦБ. Алексис Ципрас объявил о проведении 5 июля в Греции референдума, на котором гражданам страны предстоит сделать выбор по экономическим предложениям МВФ, ЕЦБ и Еврокомиссии. Если греки проголосуют в поддержку программы жесткой экономии, то Ципрас, по собственным словам, уйдет в отставку. Стране угрожает государственное банкротство и выход из еврозоны. ЕС и МВФ с 2010 года выделили Греции кредитов почти на 250 миллиардов евро. В 2012 году произошло частичное списание задолженности, однако в настоящий момент объем государственного долга страны превышает 315 миллиардов евро (175 процентов от ВВП).
