Кредиторы вновь задержали очередной транш помощи Греции

Министры финансов еврозоны не смогут принять решение о выделении Греции транша в размере 2 млрд евро из действующей программы помощи в связи с недостаточной реализацией согласованных с кредиторами реформ, пишет газета The Wall Street Journal со ссылкой на официальные источники в ЕС. В ходе телефонной конференции, состоявшейся в воскресенье, министры финансов государств еврозоны были уведомлены о том, что Греция приняла порядка 50 реформ, привязанных к программе помощи. Эксперты отмечают, что по ряду вопросов был достигнут серьезный прогресс, включая замену налога на частное образование, управление спасенными государством банками, а также обращение с просроченными кредитами. Тем не менее, Афинам и кредиторам потребуется больше времени, чтобы завершить все необходимые на данном этапе реформы. Решения о выделении Греции 2 млрд сегодня не будет, - заявил один из источников. Эксперты рассчитывают, что Греция и ее кредиторы достигнут соглашения по проведенным страной реформам к среде. Министры финансов еврозоны, как ожидается, соберутся вновь в пятницу для обсуждения этого вопроса и оценки достигнутого прогресса, отметили источники. Первоначально планировалось, что транш в размере 2 млрд евро будет перечислен Греции в октябре, однако кредиторы задержали его. Греция в июле согласовала с кредиторами пакет финансовой помощи объемом 86 млрд евро, обязавшись принять меры дальнейшей экономии и провести ряд жестких структурных реформ.
