Кризис заставил ООН сократить бюджет и персонал
"Все бюджетные годы сложные. Но этот был особенно сложным",- подчеркнул Пан Ги Мун и добавил, что ООН придется работать в непростых условиях, когда финансирование сокращается, а спрос на деятельность ООН растет. Размер взноса каждого государства в бюджет ООН рассчитывают в процентах от общих расходов организации. Шкалу взносов каждые три года определяет Генеральная Ассамблея ООН. При этом учитывают уровень развития экономики и численность населения стран-членов ООН.
