Квота 100. В Италии снижен пенсионный возраст

Президент Италии Серджо Маттарелла подписал закон о проведении в стране пенсионной реформы, сообщает агентство ANSA. Соответствующий законопроект был принят парламентом в середине января. Согласно ему, в пенсионной системе Италии вводится «квота 100». Это означает, что срок выхода на пенсию теперь будет определяться по формуле: возраст гражданина плюс его трудовой стаж. В сумме эти два показателя должны дать результат 100. Отмечается, что минимальный возраст выхода на пенсию составит 62 года, в этом случае стаж должен быть не менее 38 лет. По прежним правилам, большинство итальянцев могли выходить на пенсию в 67 лет. Также закон предусматривает введение социальных выплат малоимущим в размере 780 евро в месяц. Агентство подчеркивает, что их не следует считать безусловным (или базовым) доходом — речь идет о дополнительной мере социальной поддержки населения, имеющей аналоги и в других странах Европы. Вице-премьер, министр труда и социальной политики Луиджи ди Майо называл принятие закона шагом на пути к построению в Италии «государства всеобщего благоденствия».
