Moody's впервые за два года улучшило прогноз по нефтяному сектору

Международное рейтинговое агентство Moody's впервые с 2014 года улучшило прогноз по нефтяному сектору, а также секторам разведки и добычи с „негативного” до „стабильного”. Улучшение агентство связывает с ожидаемым восстановлением цен на нефть и природный газ, высокой эффективностью бизнеса и усилиями компаний по сокращению расходов. В 2015 году показатель EBITDA нефтяного сектора снизился примерно на 40 процентов и опустится еще примерно на 10 процентов в нынешнем году из-за снижения цен на нефть и слабых условий эксплуатации для переработки, полагают в агентстве. Интегрированные компании существенно изменят свои структуры затрат, но при ценах на нефть в 40-60 долларов за баррель столкнутся с новыми проблемами, считают эксперты. При этом, 11 августа Международное энергетическое агентство ухудшило прогноз роста мирового спроса на нефть в 2017 году на 200 тысяч баррелей в сутки, до 1,2 миллиона баррелей. 10 августа ОПЕК опубликовала прогноз, согласно которому в 2017 году мировое потребление нефти побьет новый рекорд и составит 95,41 миллиона баррелей в сутки. В свою очередь президент ОПЕК, министр энергетики Кувейта Мохаммед бен Салех аль-Сада заявил ранее, что во второй половине 2016 года спрос на нефть будет расти.
